TOPIC 2 - GOAL SETTING
This topic will focus primarily on goal setting.
What Is The Meaning of Goals?
Goal is something you want to achieve. Its the desired result that you plan and commit to achieving. Put simply, a goal is a dream with a deadline.
THE FIVE STEPS APPROACH
When we want to achieve our goals, we can use the S.M.A.R.T method. S.M.A.R.T is an acronym stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-Bound. Based on the diagram, here's are my thought of the five steps approach to achieve goals.
1) Specific : Outlining each step to the goal provides clarity. Make your goal specific and narrow foe more effective planning.
2) Measurable : Make sure my goals is measurable. For example, how will I know when its accomplished.
3) Achievable : Make sure I can accomplish my goal within a certain time frame. For example, what action must I take to complete it.
4) Relevant : Goals should align with values and long term objectives.
5) Time-Bound : Set a realistic but ambitious end date to clarify task priotization and increase motivation.
In summary, the process of creating S.M.A.R.T. goals ensures that your objectives are clear, attainable, and consistent with your main aims. It will also provide you with a reason to continue monitoring your development and staying inspired. This methodical approach increases the probability of success and facilitates effective time and resource management.
TOPIC 3 - LIBRARY AND CAMPUS RESOURCES
For this topic, I will talk about library in our campus.
In UiTM Machang, our library named ‘Perpustakaan Tengku Anis’. It can be used by all UiTM students and staff. UiTM Library Campus Machang, Kelantan was established in 1985 at Kijang campus campus and has moved to Bukit Ilmu's permanent campus starting in 1996. On 15 July 2008, UiTM Kelantan Library was rebranded under the name Tengku Anis Library (PTA) in conjunction with the Former YMM Raja Perempuan Kelantan, Tengku Anis Ibni Tengku Abdul Hamid. UiTM Library Kampus Machang plays a role in supporting all learning, teaching, research and knowledge development programs by providing various types of services, diversity of collections, technology and up-to-date information. Operated by Deputy Chief Librarian Mrs. Hajah Nik Annita Hj Nik Omar and assisted by Three Senior Librarians and supported by 22 support staff. As a full time student, time management is an important key to fulfil university criteria. For this topic, we will also provide ideas for organizing activities and tips to help student focus on important task.

Procrastination is the act of unnecessarily and voluntarily delaying or postponing something despite knowing that there will be negative consequences for doing so. It is a common human experience involving delays in everyday chores or even putting off tasks such as attending an appointment, submitting a job report or academic assignment, or broaching a stressful issue with a partner. It is not always associated with stress. It can also be during the aftermath of stress or a stressful event. Productivity is low during times of health issues.
By creating a schedule for daily and perfectly manage your time, anybody, including students, can become more productive, feel less stressed, and accomplish their goals more successfully.
